Main challenges:Partner apathy, fractured management and lack of financial rigour & business process had, in combination, taken their toll on an otherwise viable business that was starting to spiral downward.

Overcoming the challenges:A 12 month turnaround strategy was put in place following a comprehensive audit of overall business process, adherence to a revised business plan including partner realignment, vigorous business development activity and total focus on core agency expertise.

What value was your role to them:A combination of experienced external eyes on the business and the ability to rapidly develop trust and confidence with the partners enabled an urgent disaster recovery program to be put in place with all shoulders to the wheel.
