Industrial stack emission monitoring is carried out using Testo 350 M/XL which is capable of

monitoring gaseous emissions (Excess O2, CO, CO2, NOX, SOX, Hydrocarbons) and other

Monitoring Services:

HSE Services is a member of APHA (American Public Health Association). Accordingly we

provide 30 parameters of drinking water and 30 parameters of waste water. Monitoring Services

of Combustion, Efficiency, Flue Gas, Gaseous Emission, Air Fuel Ratio Analyzers to industry as

well as Vehicular Emission Analysis, Sound Level, Noise Level, Energy Audits, Thermal Imaging,

Water/Waste Water Testing, Chemical Testing, Chrome Ore analysis.

We also provide Monitoring Services of Combustion, Efficiency, Flue Gas, Gaseous Emission,

Air Fuel Ratio Analysis to industry as well as Vehicular Emission Analysis, Sound Level, Noise

Level, Energy Audits, Thermal Imaging, Water/Waste Water Testing, Chemical Testing, Chrome

Ore analysis. Solutions and Recommendations are also provided after services against contracts.

6. SCOPE OF SERVICES:

A. AMBIENT AIR MONITORING: HSE will be perform AMBIENT AIR MONITORING at client identified locations as per Pakistan

National Environmental Quality Standards (NEQS) for ambient air quality which includes NO,

NO2, SO2, CO, surface O3, SPM, PM10, PM2.5 and Lead as given in Table. Results will be

compared with NEQS for ambient air quality which has been established in the year 2010 through

S.R.O. 1062 (I)/2010; promulgated under Pakistan Environmental Protection Act, 1997.

B. DRINKING WATER &WASTEWATER SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS

HSE will be perform Drinking and Wastewater sampling and these will be analyzed for different

physical, chemical parameters& Biological as required by the client to comply with World Health

Organization (WHO) & National Environmental Quality Standards (NEQS). NEQS for municipal

and industrial effluent has been established in the year 2000 through S.R.O. 549 (I)/2000 and

promulgated under Pakistan Environmental Protection Act, 1997. List of parameters to be

7. GASEOUS EMISSIONS MONITORING:

HSE will perform stack emissions testing/monitoring at client identified stacks/points. The Testo

350 M/XL, Germany (Battery Operated) will be utilized to carryout stated emission monitoring.

The Testo emission analyzer has been tested by US EPA's Technology Verification Program and

other third party organizations. Results of generator and vehicular emissions will be compared

with NEQS for industrial gaseous emission, and vehicular emissions respectively, where

applicable. NEQS has been established in the year 2000 through S.R.O. 549 (I)/2000 and

promulgated under Pakistan Environmental Protection Act, 1997. List of parameters to be tested

is given in Table IV.

8. ISOKINETIC STACK SAMPLER

(A Universal tool for extractive sampling of particulate, gases and voc’s)

The State of Art Equipment name is Tiedemann (Stack mite) sampler to be used together with the

ISO 9096:2003.

Sampling Isokinetic ally means the velocity of the stack gas entering the sample nozzle is exactly

equal to the approaching gas stream. It is important when sampling pollutants, which have

significant momentum. This includes solids, condensable particles and liquid droplets (e.g. acid

mists). Pollutants in the gaseous form are not affected by isokinetic.
