You should never leave teaching by just being absent from all of your classes and not showing in school. There is a normal and formal procedure you must follow, and I will show you how. Procedure # 1: Give notice. The school administration should be advised that you will quit the profession. Whenever possible, consider leaving at the end of the school year. It would be difficult to find another replacement teacher in the middle of the term. Be aware of your students and their lessons. Their experience will be more negative if you leave without warning.
