Introduction

The HAR Agent Website is a fully customizable website powered by HAR.com. The website contains a full featured property search with mapping and open houses. It can be configured to show the members current and previous listings and sales.

Creating the Website

To begin the process of creating the website, log in to the Members Only Portal on HAR.com. From there, click "Tools", "Website and Blog", then click "Manage Your Website.

2.1 About Agent

The About Agent section will allow the member to customize their profile information on HAR.com andon their website.

1. Photo- This is where members will upload their headshot that they would like visible on HAR.com andtheir website.2. Bio- This is where members will upload their bio that they would like visible on HAR.com and theirwebsite.3. Video- Upload a video to promote your services on your website.4. Designations- Manage what designations are listed on HAR.com and your website.5. Multicultural and Multilingual- Manage what languages and cultures apply to you. This is searchablecriteria for consumers on HAR.com.6. Social Media Links- Connect social media account with your HAR profile. This will make them visibleon your website.

2.2 Pages

The Pages section will allow the member to customize what content is visible on their website.

1. Manage Home Page- Control what sections are visible on the homepage of your website.2. Site Menu- Control what tools are accessible on your website.3. My Pages- Add additional content to your website if desired.4. Slider Content- Add additional content to your website that will be visible in preview "sliders".5. Featured Listings- Promote your listings on your website.6. Blog- Connect your blog to your website.

2.3 Custom Branding

The Custom Branding section will allow the member to customize the look of their website.

1. Cover Image- Select a cover image from hundreds of available photos.2. Color Scheme- Choose a color scheme for your website.3. Website Name- Specify the name you wish to display on the header of your website.4. Phone Number- Specify the phone number you wish to display on your website.5. External Website- Create a link to another website (optional).6. Tagline- Specify a tagline for branding purposes.

2.4 Virtual Office Website

Your Virtual Office Website (VOW) allows you to provide brokerage services to registered customers andclients over the Internet as if they were in your office. Under existing law, any broker subscribing to MLSmay operate a VOW allowing your registered clients/customers to conduct searches of MLS properties.

Your VOW will enable your registered users to view Premium Content such as Days on Market,Property History Reports and Sold Price for nearby listings.

Your VOW comes with a management console that provides you access to your customers' accountdetails such as listing viewing history, favorite homes and saved searches.

View all leads received from the HAR Website.

Connect your website with Google Analytics to view web traffic.

2.7 Settings

If desired, settings will allow the member to deactivate their website.

Once the website is set up, use the Promote/Share links to show off your website and encourage usersto subscribe!
