Motivation – To undertake learning and continue learning.Individual Attention – Perhaps not present in a previous learning experiencesUnderstanding the relevance of learning – How learning impacts upon aspects of their life.Paced Learning - dislike of the prescribed nature of a previous learning experiencesConfidence / peace of mind – That personal circumstance are respected.Participant led - where the interests of an individual sets the agenda for what they learn.Continuous flexibility - There can be no one size fits all and centres need to adopt a fluid approach and go with the flow.Local facilities – People may not travel – source alternatives.
