Herons Glen Court Reservation System Information
Welcome to the Herons Glen Court Reservation System. This system currently
supports our tennis and bocce courts. This system is available to all residents and
guests of Herons Glen Recreation District and you do not have to belong to the
tennis or bocce associations to reserve a court. However, to participate in various
league and social events you must be a member of the HGTA or HGBA association.
Information on these associations can be found on the bulletin board once you sign-
on to the Herons Glen court reservation website. This website can be found on the
internet at https://heronsglenta.tennisbookings.com
This website provided a real time look at court utilization, individual court
reservations, social events sponsored by our associations, various league
schedules, and general information about tennis and bocce here in Herons Glen.
Logging Onto the Court Reservation System:
Most people that have shown an interest in the last couple of years, have a user
account already created for them. This user account consists of a “username”
which is based on the user’s first initial and last name. The “password” is initially
setup the same as the username. For example, John Smith would have a
username of “jsmith” and an initial password of “jsmith”. It is recommended that
you do not change the username, but you should change the password from the
initial version. More on that later in this document. Note, that you will have only
one user account to access the system.
If you click the “remember me” check box on the sign-on page, the system will
remember your username and password, so you will not have to re-enter this
information each time you access the system.
After entering your username and password click the “LOG IN” box to logon to the
system.
Note, that the system has a mobile-friendly version of this site and can be accessed
by checking the “Use mobile-friendly version of this site” checkbox on the sign-on
page. Not all features are currently available on the mobile-friendly site.
If a user account has not been setup for you and you wish to enter the system as a
guest, then click on the “ENTER AS GUEST” box on the sign-on page. Note, that
you are in view-only mode with restricted privileges.
The sign-on webpage will look something like this…
Forgot Password:
If you forgot your password you can click the “Forgot?” link on the sign-on webpage
and the following pop-up box will appear.
Enter your username or email address and the system will send you an email to the
email address on file for you to reset your password. The email will look something
like this…

By clicking on the “click here” link in the email, the system will present you with the
following page to enter a new password:
Create An Account:
If a user account has NOT been setup for you, then click on the “Create an Account”
link on the sign-on webpage. The following pop-up window will appear, enter the
appropriate information and click OK. The system will automatically generate an
email to the Herons Glen website system admin to create a user account for you.
The admin will notify you via email when the new user account has been created.
Successful Logon to the HGRD Court Reservation System:
After you have clicked the LOGON box on the sign-on webpage, a webpage similar
to the following will appear. There are three tabs at the top of the webpage:

EVENT SIGN-UPS
BULLETIN BOARD
Daily Schedule Tab – View Court Availability/Reserving Courts
The “Daily Schedules” tab will show you court availability for any given day; see
above example. Simply click the calendar on the left to view a specific day. The
system defaults to the current date.
Below the calendar are 3 check boxes to control which courts you want displayed
on the right. You may check more than one box; however it makes the webpage
hard to read. So if you only want to view tennis courts, then just click the “tennis”
checkbox; or if you only want to view bocce courts, then just click the “bocce”
checkbox.
Creating a Court Reservation
Courts can be reserved by anyone within the Herons Glen Recreation District. You
do NOT have to belong to corresponding association to reserve courts. Courts can
be reserved up to 7 days in advance starting at 7:00AM. For example, if today is
Tuesday Nov 1st, then the next Tuesday Nov 8th can be reserved starting at 7:00AM
Nov 1st.
Court reservations can be made, changed or deleted anytime during that 7 day
window. However, the recreation district will print a paper copy of the next day’s
schedule and post it at the tennis and bocce courts. Therefore for this reason, at
3:00PM you can no longer make any changes for the very next day online. You
should go to the courts and write any new reservations/cancel reservations on the
printed schedule.
Court reservations information:
Court reservations are available in 30 minute increments with a maximum of
90 minutes per reservation.
Only one court can be reserved per user account.
A user account cannot reserve back-to-back reservations for a given day.
Multiple reservations can be made for a day as long as they are not back-to-
back.
To reserve a court click on a court and desired starting time on the right side of the
webpage for the date desired. Three yellow dots will show appear to show the
working reservation. Then click, if desired, the box directly below the one just
clicked to select the next 30 minutes and of course the third box to increase the
reservation to 90 minutes. See this example:
To complete the reservation click on the “BOOK” link on the left side of the
webpage to provide booking details. The following type of webpage will be
displayed. Only the top check box is required to be filled out. The other two check
boxes serve as a reminder and is really up to you.
Note your reservation is NOT made until you click the “BOOK” box on this pop-up
page. After that the following pop-up will be displayed.
Click the “CLOSE” button to close the pop-up window. You will see your reservation
on the displayed webpage.
Cancelling A Court Reservation
A user account can delete online any of their reservations during the 7 day
reservation window. Simply clicking on the “My Booking” reservation as shown on
the above webpage will bring up information about your reservation in a pop-up
window similar to this:
Click the “PRINT” button if you wish to print your reservation.
Click the “EMAIL” button if you wish to send an email about this reservation to
other email addresses that you can provide.
Click the “CLOSE” button if you do NOT want to change the reservation or the
“CANCEL” button if you want to CANCEL the selected reservation. Click the “OK”
box on the following pop-up to delete the reservation, or click “CANCEL” to leave
the reservation unchanged.
Events Tab
The “Events” tab are used by the associations to have signups for league play,
social events like pizza tennis, tournament signups, free clinics etc. This is
controlled by the associations and will be updated on an as needed basis. Please
check this tab if you are looking for these types of “events”.
Bulletin Board Tab
The “Bulletin Board” tab can be accessed by clicking the “BULLETIN BOARD” tab
and a webpage similar to the following will be displayed. This webpage has links to
general information about the tennis, pickleball and bocce associations. To access
an association’s bulletin board, just click on the appropriate link Tennis, PickleBall
or BOCCE.

My Profile Link
Please click on the “My Profile” link the very first time you logon to the system to
verify that we have your most current information. Some boxes are grayed out and
can only be changed by the system admin and you should notify the system admin
to correct your information by clicking the “Contact Us” link and describing the
change. More on this later.
You should change your password to something other than the initial password that
was setup for you to ensure your privacy and security.
The only other information that you can change are: your email address and
telephone numbers.
Contact Us Link
Click on the “contact us” link if you need to send a message to the Herons Glen
court system administrator. The following popup will be displayed. Be sure to
check the top box where it states “Herons Glen Recreation District”. The second
check be should not be used.
Log Out Link
To leave the Herons Glen Court Reservation system, click on the “Log Out” link. You
will end your session and the following webpage will be displayed:
