IT’S EASTERIT’S EASTER ! ! The time of Lent for Christians is a particularlyimportant period in their liturgical year; they are fortydays lived in a clime of reflection on Christ figure andon his teachings , a period which ends with the main moment of Resurrection celebrated on EasterSunday.Easter is at the beginning of spring . After a longwinter time , with warm days, brighten up by thesun,it made happier this period. In spring air there are thousand of coloured butterflies They come out from the dark of their cocoons , theybecome wonderful butterflies and they remember tochristians hite passage from the dark of death to thelight of resurrection.Easter Sunday is a moment of high happinessfamilies love to be together .

Torta pasquale siciliana Ingredients

3 uova ( eggs) 400 gr farina ( flour)   350 gr zucchero(sugar) 100 gr margarina( butter) 1 bustina di

lievito( yeats) Per il ripieno: 400 gr ricotta 100 gr canditi 100 gr cioccolata 100 gr marmellata di pesche

un po' di cannella 50 gr zucchero per abbellimento 100 gr mandorle How to make it :

Fare la pasta, dividerla in due parti e, con una parte, foderare una tortiera rettangolare, unta e infarinata; disporvi il composto e ricoprire con la pasta rimanente; chiudere i bordi. Sopra, disporre le mandorle, una vicina all'altra, formando un tappeto, mantenendosi, però, lontani dal bordo.Scaldare il forno a 250° e, dopo infornato, abbassarlo a 200°.Tempo di cottura 30' ca.Spolverizzare con zucchero a velo
