Q: I love the fragrance of the almond soap, but I’m concerned about potential allergy issues due to the nut content. What can I do?

A: No need to be concerned. For this very reason, Celeste uses synthetic almond – not natural almond. There should be no adverse reactions as a result of nut allergies.

Q: I have been using the crème soap and now want to switch to the foaming soap but I notice that the bottoms of the bottles are different. Do I have to retrofit all my bases?

A: No. There is no need to retrofit. We will supply adapters that will switch over your bases to accommodate the foaming soap bottles. Speak with your Account Manager for assistance.

Q: Are FAA approvals required to install the bases?

A: No. The FAA and CAA have provided letters stating that no approvals or forms are required. Copies of these letters are available upon request.

Celeste’s JetScent® soap is a unique system that meets two needs in oneproduct: clean hands and odor control. The deodorizer—a high performance fragrance collar—lasts as long as the soap and is automatically replaced with a fresh bottle of soap for a one-step change, offering renewed fragrance with each new bottle of soap.  Like our standard soap system, the soap label can be customized, as can the fragrance, depending on order quantities and material compatibility approval.
