EXISTING CONDITIONS

Stone ballasts, removed to locate and repair leaks, do not hold layedmembrane in place

Concrete walk pavers have deteriorated due to prolong exposure to UV rays.

Shrinking of EPDM membrane due to age causes lap seams to split open allowing water infiltration.

Seams have been patched, but continuous maintenance required to keep facility water tight.
