This village is 150 year oldest village . It has Gram Panchayat. The total

population of village is 909 Comprising of 524 male, 234 female. There

are 175 houses in the village the literacy ratio of male and female is 5:4.

4.1 Describe different resources available to FPC/ EDC

The total area of the village is 796 Acres, out of which 5.94 acres are panchayat land and 533 Acre land is under section 4&5 (PLPA). The Minor Forest Produce are grass and kharkana, which is used as fodder and for rope making.

4.3 Describe the efforts for Biodiversity Conservation (especially in

case of EDCs)

With the conservation campaign the joint management committee

making the people aware of environment and its conservation. In

departmental interaction the emphasis is being given on the biodiversity

conservation and also emphasis is always given in nature, fire camps

organized by the department for biodiversity conservation.

local villagers. To
