• Create a Fun Educational Environment for the Young Children and their Families in Calvert County, featuring Learning Rooms, Special Guests, as well as Community Services and Organizations

• Provide an opportunity for Reading Readiness and Literacy

• Demonstrate the benefits of Reading to Young Children from Birth to Pre K

• Outreach to all Pre-K and Elementary Populations in the County

• Provide Families of 1200 Young Children with a Developmentally Appropriate Book.

• Provide Transportation to and from the Event for those living in the Beach and Patuxent Elementary School Districts.

• Coordinate an Army of Volunteers, so that no one person should work more than one hour, unless by choice

• Increase the Number of Students enrolled in Quality Pre K programs

The Mobile Learning Adventure (MLA) is a traveling exhibit that provides an opportunity to learn about the importance of early childhood education while engaging in fun activities with your children.
