These fruits are consumed fresh, canned, as juice, and dried. It is a good source of dietary fibre. A recent study showed that these fruits eaten raw or consumed as a juice in addition to lowering cholesterol, relieving constipation, and reducing inflammation, can also lower alcohol levels, preventing hangovers before they even start. This is because they affect the enzymes involved in alcohol metabolism, helping the body metabolize and eliminate alcohol or even inhibit its absorption. Identify the fruit .

(a) sommelier or wine steward

(b) Tastevin

A sommelier or wine steward, is a trained and knowledgeable wine professional, normally working in fine restaurants, who specializes in all aspects of wine service as well as wine and food pairing. The role is much more specialized and informed than that of a wine waiter in fine dining today. It is opined by Sommeliers Australia that the role is strategically on a par with that of the executive chef or chef de cuisine. It's a wine-tasting cup, an ancient tasting tool called a "Tastevin. Two hundred years or more ago, cellar-masters in Burgundy in France developed this cup to sample wine down in the cellar where it was dark, lit only by candles. The angular nooks and crannies in the shiny silver cup are designed to catch and reflect the light to make it easier to check the colour and clarity of the wine.In these days of electric light, it's no longer necessary to do this, and the tastevin has very little practical purpose any more. But it remains in use as a traditional "badge" for the sommelier
