The purpose of the course is to illustrate basic video creation techniques, minimal video editing using Flip camera software and/or Windows Movie Maker. The course will provide an overview of the basic techniques for creating, editing and posting a video specifically using the Flip camera. Also demonstrated will be the HAR video upload tool including locations of posted videos on HAR, their automatic delivery to YouTube.com and the consumer experience that video enhancements provide. Today more than 146 million Americans view online videos looking at 12.6 billion video clips. The YouTube phenomenon has played a major role in the online videos we see today. According to some
research, an increasing number of individuals are moving away from television and toward the Internet for their video consumption needs.
The YouTube user base is broad in age range, 18-55, evenly divided between males and females, and spanning all geographies.
Every minute, ten hours of video is uploaded to YouTube.com.
How can Realtors® use online videos to promote their value to consumers and enhance their listings?
