The Truth about the 500 Peso Bill
Mr. Romeo MananQuil, the banknotes designer himself, noted in his site that in the late 1985, his
500-peso Marcos bill was slated for production. However, when a snap election was scheduled, the
circulation of the newly printed bills was put on hold in deference to the law against electioneering as
Marcos.
"President Corazon Aquino soon ordered the redesign of the bill to honour her husband, Senator
Benigno Ninoy Aquino whose 1983 slaying became the catalyst for change and the new democracys
rallying cry for the overthrow of Marcos. Though I was once again tasked with the redesign of the bill,
my familys move to Canada preventedme from taking on the assignment." - Romeo Castillo

Project Sta. Barbara
Ito ay isang proyekto ng dating Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos na lumikha at sumubok ng ballistic
missiles sa Caballo Island.
Project Sta. Barbara was a project of then Pres. Marcos envisioned to develop our defense (offense)
capabilities and make the Republic self reliant, 2 surface to surface variants were designed and built
using German scientist. Project site was Sangley Point in Cavite City. HYDRAZINE was the fuel and
used to be stored in underground bunkers by the perimeter fence facing the sea. It was mercifully
transferred to caraballo island some years back.
The press releases of the government showed the missile ranges as only 12 kilometers. The problem
though was that Hydrazine was used and German scientists were used to help the U.P. scientists. Did
you know Hydrazine was used to power the space shuttle, moon rockets, Scuds ? This means that the
missile distance range is possibly much greater than publicized. Presidente Marcos was dead serious
about the filipino ballistic missile program and he would have unleashed it against threatening
neighboring countries.
The launchers were in six-tube, 1 tube and 4 tube.
The program was terminated in the 1980s when it became clear that the domino theory of ASEAN
countries falling to communism after vietnam did not materialize. The rockets were not needed
anymore for the strategic doctrine of the AFP.

Wearing the color red almost always leads to positive outcomes.
Previous studies have confirmed the widely held view that a woman in red is highly attractive to men.
Now research published in this months Journal of Experimental Psychology has proved the colour
works both ways. In an experiment involving women from the United States, China and Germany,
females consistently found photos of men wearing red, or having a red frame, to be more attractive
than men accentuated by any other colour.
Heres another reason a fellow should favor red attire: Other studies, involving sports, suggest that
referees favor competitors who wear red. There is also evidence, independent of this, that in
individual sports, a red uniform makes victory more likely.
Nevertheless, there are still times when wearing red cant be recommended. When hanging around
angry bulls, for example. Or loitering around Goodison Park, or White Hart Lane too.

Scarborough Shoal and SABAH is part of Philippines
MAPA DELAS YSLAS PHILIPINAS
Ancient Spanish maps show Scarborough shoal and North Borneo (SABAH) is part of Philippine
islands.
Maps dating back to the early Spanish colonial period, which were the standard references for
explorers and travelers and acknowledged by governments and regimes, clearly show Panatag Shoal,
also called Panacot, just off the Philippine coast.
The maps are among 134 original maps on exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The exhibit, Three Hundred Years of Philippine Maps, features maps of the archipelago from 1598 to
the American colonial era.
The exhibit is part of the celebration of Philippine-Spanish Friendship Day on June 30.
Fr. Pedro Murillo Velardes 18th century Mapa de las Islas Filipinas clearly shows Panatag Shoal
lying just across Zambales.
The Jesuit Murillo was given the task by Gov. Fernando Valdes Tamon in 1732 to execute a Royal
decree on the mapping of the Philippines, which was then a territory of Spain.
Two years later, a complete map of the Philippines was conceived.
The engraver was Nicolas de la Cruz Bagay, described on the bottom of the map as an indio tagalo.
A smaller version of the map was made in 1744 and published in Murillos 1749 history of the Jesuit
province. Fr. Miguel Selga, SJ in his bicentennial monograph in 1934, enumerated 125 important
islands found in both maps.
Both show Panatag, then called Panacot. It was also called Bajo de Masinloc.
The plates of Murillos map disappeared when British invaders looted Manila in 1762-1764.
The name Bajo de Masinloc was a name given to the shoal by the Spanish colonizers. -philstar

to stop a rebelion and civil war. Since then, Sabah became a property of Sultan of Sulu and the
Sultanate of Sulu.
In 1878, HM Sultan Hamalul Aklam Kiram (The Sultan of Sulu and the Sultan of Sabah), leased Sabah
to a British Company of Gustavus Baron de Overdeck and Alfred Dent "The North Borneo Company.",
for their used and their heirs. The leased prohibits the transfer of Sabah to any nation, company or
individual without the consent of the Government of the Sultan of Sulu.
In 1946-47, the leased was illegally transfered to the British Government by Overdeck and Dent when
their company North Borneo ceased to exist.
On September 12,1962, the still on leased territory of North Borneo (SABAH) and the full sovereignty,
the title and dominion over the territory was ceded by the then reigning Sultan of Sulu, HM Sultan
Muhammad Esmail E. Kiram I to the Republic of the Philippines. The cession effectively gave the
Philippine Government the full authority to pursue their claim in international courts.
In 1963, the British illegally transferred Sabah to newly formed Federation of Malaysia. Upon the
illegal inclusion of Sabah into Malaysian Federation, President Diosdado Macapagal broke diplomatic
relation with Malaysia.

After Einstein's death in 1955, his brain was removed from his head by Thomas Stoltz Harvey for
research purposes. But this was done illegally. Later Einstein's son Hans Albert Einstein gave him
permission to research on the genius brain. Harvey sent slices of Einstein's brain to various scientists
throughout the world.
From these studies it was discovered that Einstein's brain had much more glial cells, the cells
responsible for synthesizing information, in his brain than an average human being. Also, Einstein's
brain lacked a certain wrinkle in it, called Sylvian fissure. This allowed easier communication of nerve
cells with each other. Furthermore, his brain was denser and the inferior parietal lobe associated with
mathematical ability was much larger.

Fact 69
The professor of a university challenged his students with this question.
"Did God create everything that exists?" A student answered bravely, "Yes, he did".
The professor then asked, "If God created everything, then he created evil. Since evil exists (as noticed
by our own actions), so God is evil. The student couldn't respond to that statement causing the
professor to conclude that he had "proved" that "belief in God" was a fairy tale, and therefore
worthless.
Another student raised his hand and asked the professor, "May I pose a question? ", "Of course"
answered the professor.
The young student stood up and asked: "Professor Does cold exists?"
The professor answered, "What kind of question is that? Of course the cold exists...haven't you ever
been cold?"
The young student answered, "In fact sir, Cold does not exist.
According to the laws of Physics, what we consider cold, in fact is the absence of heat. Anything is
able to be studied as long as it transmits energy (heat).

Absolute Zero is the total absence of heat, but cold does not exist. What we have done is create a
term to describe how we feel if we don't have body heat or we are not hot."
"And, does Dark exist?" he continued.
The professor answered "Of course". This time the student responded, "Again you're wrong, Sir.
Darkness does not exist either. Darkness is in fact simply the absence of light. Light can be studied,
darkness can not. Darkness cannot be broken down. A simple ray of light tears the darkness and
illuminates the surface where the light beam finishes. Dark is a term that we humans have created to
describe what happens when there's lack of light."
Finally, the student asked the professor, "Sir, does evil exist?" The professor replied, "Of course it
exists, as I mentioned at the beginning, we see violations, crimes and violence anywhere in the world,
and those things are evil."
The student responded, "Sir, Evil does not exist. Just as in the previous cases, Evil is a term which man
has created to describe the result of the absence of God's presence in the hearts of man.
After this, the professor bowed down his head, and didn't answer back.
The young man's name was ALBERT EINSTEIN.

The universe is beige
Cosmic Latte is the color of the universe, according to a team of astronomers from Johns Hopkins
University. In 2001, Karl Glazebrook and Ivan Baldry determined that the color of the universe was a
greenish white, but they soon corrected their analysis in "The 2dF Galaxy Redshift Survey: constraints
on cosmic star-formation history from the cosmic spectrum", published in 2002. In this paper, they
reported that their survey of the color of all light in the universe added up to a slightly beige white.
The survey included more than 200,000 galaxies, and measured the spectral range of the light from a
large volume of the universe. The hexadecimal RGB value for Cosmic Latte is #FFF8E7.
In a Washington Post article, the color was displayed. Glazebrook jokingly said that he was looking for
suggestions for a name for the new color. Several people who read the article sent in suggestions.
"Cosmic Latte" was selected.

World's Biggest Penis
The largest penis in the world was recorded by a Doctor Robert Dickinson. In the early 20th century he
measured the largest medically recorded penis in the world at 13.5 inches (34 cm) long and was 6.25
inches (16 cm) in girth.
Apparently a man called Jonah Falcon was measured for a TV special and was 13-5 inches. Falcon is a
38-year-old New Yorker who wants to become an actor.
The largest recorded and verified erected penis size was 13.5 inches (34.29 cm) long and 6.25 inches
(18.5 cm) in girth.
There was another claim to a bigger penis by Dr. David Reuben in his book "Everything You Wanted to
Know about Sex." Dr. Reuben claimed he had measured a 14 inch penis (35.5 cm) but it was never
independently verified.
I think the biggest penis in the history of the world was 17 inches. But according to records, it only
happened once.

The Moon is moving away from the Earth
The Moon's orbit (its circular path around the Earth) is indeed getting larger, at a rate of about 3.8
centimeters per year. (The Moon's orbit has a radius of 384,000 km.) The reason for the increase is
that the Moon raises tides on the Earth. Because the side of the Earth that faces the Moon is closer, it
feels a stronger pull of gravity than the center of the Earth. Similarly, the part of the Earth facing away
from the Moon feels less gravity than the center of the Earth. This effect stretches the Earth a bit,
making it a little bit oblong.
It is expected that in 15 billion years, the orbit will stabilize at 1.6 times its present size, and the Earth
day will be 55 days long equal to the time it will take the Moon to orbit the Earth.

Fact 98
You can still have an erection once dead
A death erection (sometimes referred to as "angel lust") is a post-mortem erection which occurs when
a male individual dies vertically or face-down with the cadaver remaining in this position. During life,
the pumping of blood by the heart ensures a relatively even distribution around the blood vessels of
the human body. Once this mechanism has ended, only the force of gravity acts upon the blood. As
with any mass, the blood settles at the lowest point of the body and causes edema or swelling to

occur; the discoloration caused by this is called lividity.
If an individual dies vertically such as in a hanging, the blood will settle in the legs and pool at the feet.
The pressure will be greatest as the weight of the blood pushes down. This causes the blood vessels
and tissues in the feet to engorge to their greatest elastic capacity and hold the greatest volume of
blood possible. This effect occurs right up the legs although to a lesser extent than the feet and is also
notable at the waist. The blood which remains in the torso attempts to move to a lower position due
