Fonds consists of records created and accumulated by members of the Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP law firmand its predecessor firms. These records document the nature of the firm's legal practice, its finances, the internalorganization of the firm, and its administrative processes, as well as biographical information about firm partnersand records pertaining to the history of the firm. Records in this fonds include correspondence, memoranda,financial statements, ledgers, photographs, certificates, reports, newspaper clippings, committee minutes andpartnership agreements. The fonds has been arranged alphabetically in seven series. Also included is a sous-fondscontaining records of firm partner Walter Williston.
