2nd option is to scan barcodes into a text file. Then copy /paste into spine label report

• The circ library machine needs the Adobe plug-in to display within the browser

• The library automation application, TLC, is web based – only Firefox

ILL Borrower type

• The logic ASD requested for ILL profile type, was do not include ILL in the auto delete • The teams are collaborating borrower type solutions

• The solution presented here is: A permanent solution to a temporary glitch

• Title Save: to avoid auto delete of borrower ILL has been created and checked out to all locations with borrower type ILL

• A message explaining the title has been added as well [the message states do not delete title – thinking was

futuristic as to the title being overdue and the barcode deleted in the clean-up process]

• The due date is May 18th 2012 – [a consistent date allows for retrieval of the title and or borrower if and when necessary]

• May 21th the title will be overdue – the concept was to not have the title show up on your EOY clean up lists• The ILL borrower will be cleaned up when the logic for all profile types has been tested and is proven good
