Job Duties

• Casts the Owners Vision and is responsible for seeing that it is lived out

• Grows the company: Members, Production, and Profit

• Reports all numbers to Owner (Production, Member Growth, Profit)

• Meets weekly with Team Members and Executive Administrator (EA) to help them reach their personal and professional goals.

• Interviews, Hires, and Trains new team members. Meets weekly to go over task list and training milestones to measure progress.

• Together with the EA controls the budget. He is directly in charge of making sure production happens as projected so that she has the appropriate dollars to spend.

• Stays aware of market data and market trends so that he is able to make moves where needed to keep the company on top of the market
