EIS serves in two capacities, one as contracted Manufacturer’s Representative and the other as Buyer’s Agent. With over 1000 registered Export Management Company’s, there are only a handful who work exclusively with Food , Health, and Beauty Care products.

EIS Corporation is a great partner for your company largely due to the number of manufacturers represented, the number of products available, in-country/region representation, and the size of our buyer network.

From time to time, EIS may invite suppliers to participate in international trade shows or buyer trade mission trips. There may be a charge for this optional service. It is spread out among the participants to make it as economical as possible for each supplier.

EIS makes its ongoing profits by marking up the manufacturers FOB or EXW pricing and then resells the products to the buyer.

In most cases, EIS Corporation handles all paymaster and logistical duties.

Global Markets

EIS Corporation buyers are some of the largest and most prestigious in the world that would rival the likes of Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Central Market, CVS, Walgreens and other well established domestic chains.

Our buyer list also includes a variety of high-end and specialty retailers and food Service.

A key reason buyers enjoy doing business with EIS is because of its over 4000 products from over 100 manufacturers.

Buyers look to us as a go-to sourcing agent for many products from the North American Market.

This allows EIS Corporation to introduce products where in many cases a supplier would not have the opportunity to do so on their own.

Strategy

Our Go To Market strategy is simple but complex. Our initial contact with buyers is via telephone, Skype and email. Once a product interest is established; marketing, pricing and samples are then introduced to the buyer.

Once this process is complete, EIS likes to send one of its Sr. Executives or Regional Representatives to meet with the buyers face to face to work out any final details, secure a Purchase Order and to begin the process in building a long term relationship with that buyer.

Once the process is complete and products are shipped to the buyer. We then enter into deeper discussions regarding our strategy of helping them increase their profits.

Strategy

Marketing strategies are tailored to each supplier and buyer based on several factors and can be done on several levels:

First, we can help buyers in evaluating their current product portfolio to discover any low performing products.

We can then introduce products in our portfolio we believe will perform better.

We can then help the buyer with planograms to help complete a line with complementing products.

Page 15: Export Import Strategies Executive Summary

Strategy

Next we will work with the buyer and the brand in their marketing efforts to build the brand. This is done through:

• In-store presentations of the products• Free fills • Quarterly discounts• Flyer or circular participation as well as other options that may be a little

out of the box but effective in building the brand recognition. • And other market-effective tactics

From this initial launching pad, EIS seeks out and places feet on the ground Agents and Distributors to help grow the brand and find additional placements for the products. We then, in turn introduce to these Agents other products they can introduce to their markets as well.
