With a 6 lb ball, warm ups are performed at 25, 50, 75, and 100% effort. The subject then rests for 2 minutes and attempts 3 maximal puts. The involved and uninvolved arms are compared. Perform the CKCUEST test Slide 7 The test is performed with the patient in the pushup position with hands on strips of tape placed 36 inches apart. On a signal from the examiner, the subject reaches across to touch the opposite piece of tape and then repeats with the other arm until 15 seconds has elapsed. The maximum number of cross body touches is recorded. Notes:
