Click “OK” and select the feature. 2) Once the Upload Documents feature appears, use the “ ” icon to attach documents 3) Choose the location from which you’d like to retrieve your documents, then highlight the desired documents and click “Continue” . Quick Reference Guide for ordering Genworth Non–Delegated MI on Ellie Mae® Encompass®

Ordering MI

1) From the menu, select Services > Mortgage Insurance

2) Select Genworth — Direct Connect > Submit

3) Verify that your Master Policy Number is accurate

4) In the “Request Type” dropdown, select MI Order Full Package

5) Select the appropriate AUS Findings in the “Recommendation”

6) Enter “Special Program” information as applicable

Uploading Documents

View MI Underwriting

1) Once an underwriting decision has been delivered and “Check Status” has been selected, select an underwriting decision to review

2) Click “View” to view a PDF of the underwriting decision document

3) Once approved, you will be able to import the fees to the 1003 by selecting “Import”

4) Your fee information will open in small window. Select “Import Fee”

5) You will receive a “Fee Successfully Imported” prompt. Click “OK”

Review MI Information

1) Select “Forms” and ensure that the following options at the

bottom of the screen are checked

a. “Show in Alpha Order”

b. “Show all”

2) Select “1003 Page 2”

3) Go the Monthly Housing Expenses section and select the

Edit Field Value for “Mtg. Ins”

4) Review the MI Information

Genworth’s integration with Ellie Mae’s Encompass 360 lets you order MI without leaving your LOS. Use this guide to determine which values to select from the Order tab (Fig. A), depending on the Genworth MI Product you plan to order.
