    How will you

    organize andsequence thelearning

    activities tooptimize the

    engagementandachievementof ALLparticipants?

My target audience is 65 school media specialists and other individuals who have the role of

Edmodo Admin at their schools. Their technology skills range from competent to superior. Thelearning plan I have designed is to treat all students as if they are using the technology for thefirst time. I have included several checkpoints during the online session for questions - this

should optimize engagement. The learning activities require experiential learning and not justreading and memorizing facts.
