Warranty DetailsThe MG22 grinder carries a one year, on site parts and labor warranty against any flaws in materials and workmanship. This period begins on the date of the purchase and, provided the unit is used in accordance with our instructions, is in full effect for one year from that date. Any work performed under this warranty must be performed between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Univex will not pay for overtime charges for work performed other then during normal business hours. Damage incurred in transit or from installation error, accident, alteration or misuse is not covered. Univex shall not be liable for any consequential compensatory, incidental, or special damages. Contact the Univex service department for any warranty claims.

Electrical: 115V, 60Hz, 1P, 10A (contact factory for alternate voltages)Motor: 1 hp grease packed gear motor provides compact, smooth, and quiet performance with an 8:1 reduction within the gear motor resulting in a 224rpm drive shaft output. Worm is coupled directly with the gear output shaft.Drive Assembly: Completely enclosed in an acrylic urethane silver enamel finished 10 gauge steel housing and a no.4 finished 20 gauge stainless steel cover.Switch: Momentary contact start/stop push button. Contactor provides no voltage release protection preventing accidental start-up in the event of power interruption. Micro-switch interlock prevents operation of the chopper if not properly mounted. Meat Grinder: Aluminum housing, worm, and ring. Housing mounted onto the power base by two threaded studs and secured with two knobs. Housing has internal flutes that match those on the worm forcing the product to shear and be forced through the knife and plate. Accepts industry standard #22 plates and knives.Feed Pan Capacity: 16”x24” (406mmx610mm)Feed Stomper: Aluminum stomper designed for ease of use and safety.
