Speci- Gard Specimen Transport Bags

The only bag featuring liquid tight, Press and Close® adhesive closure system. It’s the adhesive closure with NO “glove-to-adhesive” contact. Simple & user friendly!

Simply peel away the release liner and press to close.

Once closed, the Speci-Gard® bags remains closed, even in pneumatic tube systems.

Bags will remain closed even if air is trapped inside and/or if the bags are “grabbed” they don’t “pop open.”

A separate outside pocket holds documents /requisition slips.

Product comes in both single pocket and dual pocket styles. The single pocket versions are excellent when requisitions are not used or in diagnostic kit packaging. The dual pocket versions offer inner pocket and separate outer document pocket.

Speci-Gard® is disposable, eliminating the possibility of cross contamination caused by reusing bags. Manufactured with Micro-Tex® polyethylene, for slip-free handling.

How do I set up an account?

Please contact us directly at 800-896-3222. Our customer service team will connect you with our sales team. Normal procedure is to fill out our New Client application forms. Once completed, we will provide you costing and special program details.

Please be sure to provide us your preferred 3rd party shipping carriers name and account number (if applicable) in order to ensure timely delivery of requested items. If you need us to provide shipping, we can do so, please indicate that on your application.

How long are lead times and what are minimum order quantities on your products?

Stock items are normally immediately available and can ship out either same day and/or next day. All items are a 1 case minimum for stock items. Our primary stock items warehouse is located in Houston, Texas, USA.

Custom products can vary in minimum order size depending upon product type. Please work with our sales team to determine if a custom item would work effectively for you!

Custom made items offer two lead time options:1) Domestic (North American made items) range from 4 to 7 weeks. 2) International normally range from 12 to 14 weeks.

On custom items production start times begins once we have received the approved artwork, signed contract and/or purchase order for initial order. Clients are responsible to purchase 100% of all custom made items.

Returns & Restocking Fees:

Items returned will normally incur a 20% restocking fee and return freight. Custom items are non returnable. Inteplast Manage-ment must approve any variances from this policy.
