In 2013 INTERCEM was one of the only leading international conferences to visit Cairo. Despite the recent unrest in the country the conference

ExhibitionINTERCEM’s market-leading exhibition, running adjacent to the main conference sessions, will gather together some of the world’s premier equipment and service providers. 30 exhibitors will make sure you leave the conference not just with the latest market, economic and trade analysis but with more ideas for you to make your company greener, more efficient and, most importantly, more profitable.

From the construction of a new plant, to a small import / export terminal and from a new cement ship to new bagging solutions; whether you are looking to reduce carbon, cut costs, expand your operations or improve your storage and transportation systems, visiting the exhibition area at INTERCEM Doha will ensure you leave with new ideas and new solutions.

Make sure to take some time out of your busy conference and networking schedule to meet these leading experts from across the globe and discover all that their knowledge, expertise, experience and innovative products can offer your company. As a delegate at INTERCEM Cairo told us “we developed some very significant new business relationships which could never have been done except by attending the Conference”

Exhibitors include:Al Rawas Mining, Cemengal, CNBM, DCL Inc, Domtec International, Euromecc, Fives,

Hawar Power Minerals, IBAU Hamburg, Maize & Blue General Trading, Mondi, Muehlen Sohn, Peakward, Royal Bodewes, Royal El Minya Cement Company, Sesco Trading, Shun Shing Group,

Van Aalst Bulk Handling, Vurmak

Why INTERCEM?Over the past 30 years since we held the first dedicated conference for the cement industry in London in 1985, INTERCEM has become the conference of choice and a must-attend event for Chief Executives and Senior Management at cement producers and traders across the region.

INTERCEM only produces conferences for the cement industry; we don’t produce magazines and we don’t run events for other industries. 100% of our time is dedicated to you, our delegates, from across the global cement community. This is why for nearly three decades you have trusted us to bring you all the news, statistics, analysis and forecasts you have required to grow your markets, your businesses and your profits.

Over the past 16 years in the MENA region the conference has travelled from Dubai in the East to Marrakesh in the West, via Cairo, Doha and Beirut, as we travel to Doha for the third time, we invite all our industry colleague both old and new to join us and see why after nearly three decades INTERCEM is still “where the international cement industry meets” .

2012 in in Doha400 senior cement industry executives travelled from over 40 countries to Qatar in 2012, as INTERCEM hosted our 10th Middle East and North African region conference in Doha.

Officially opened by HE Dr Mohamed Bin Saleh Al-Sada, Minister for Energy and Industry in the State of Qatar, the conference was well supported by its Qatari hosts attracting delegates, exhibitors and speakers from across the construction sector on the peninsula. Delegates heard about the latest developments in the Vision 2030 strategy and of the huge infrastructure projects involved, including the development of Qatar’s railways and requirements for the FIFA World Cup.

More than 400 delegates attended INTERCEM Doha 2012
