Dear Parents

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

This will be our last

Newsletter for Term One.

School closes for the holidays next week

Friday, 20 March 2020 at 11:00.

Term Two begins on Tuesday, 31 March 2020.

To those of you who will be on the roads

during this holiday, we wish you safe travels.

CAKE AND CANDY REMINDER

Just a reminder about the Cake and

Candy taking place on Friday,

20 March 2020. There will be lots

of nice goodies for the learners to

buy everything on sale will be in

multiples of R5.00. The Tuck shop will be

open as usual. Please ensure your child brings

change to spend rather than large bank notes

such as R100 and R200 notes.

UNIFORM

We have noticed that many of our learners are

not taking pride in their appearance with

regard to their school uniforms. Parents

please could you check your children’s

looked after and that buttons are sewn on to

dresses, belts and shirts and hems are

SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHS

The school photographer will be at our school

on WEDNESDAY, 18 MARCH 2020 to take

individual as well as class photographs.

Please ensure that your child is neatly dressed

in full School Summer Uniform

(NO PULLOVERS OR DRI-MACS

PLEASE). All learners must be present in

order to have photos taken.

SCHOOL FEES

With the end of term one approaching, we

remind you that school fees will fall due

during the school holidays. Please take this

into account when making your payment by

paying directly into the bank or via Electronic

Funds Transfer.

Statements are sent home this week. Please

check your accounts and ensure that your

school fees are up to date. If you have any

enquiries, please send email to Finance Dept.

Remember that fees for this year need to be

paid up in full by the end of October 2020.

Our banking details are provided at the bottom

of statement. Please use the Account number

at the top right hand as your reference and also

to notify us of the payment via e-mail

[email protected]

UNCLEAR BANK DEPOSITS

The following unclear bank

deposits reflecting on our 2019

and 2020 bank statements

URGENTLY need to be allocated as

summonses are issued on arrear accounts.

1) 03/12/2019 – Makhama Engineering

2) 06/12/2019 – School fees for 2020

3) 17/01/2020 – Book pack fee

4) 24/01/2020 – Aftercare

If you have made a deposit into the school’s

bank account and you think the payment could

be yours, kindly contact Mrs. De Klerk in our

Finance Department on 011 902 2310.

URGENT NOTICE

In order to allow teachers

enough time in the mornings to

complete their registers and to

update their Facility Fund

Files, the bell will ring at

07:45. Learners will line up and then lead off

to their register classes. Normal classes will

commence at 08:00. We ask parents to

support us in this decision and ensure that their

children are at school before the bell rings at

07:45. Thank you.

Kind regards,
