TEXTURE AND STRUCTURE
Massive, pink feldspar porphyry. Core fs composedof 75-80X phenocrysts and 20-25X matrix.Phenocryst component is composed of 100X pink andwhite, compositionally zoned (osciUtory),euhedral feldspars 1rrm- 1.5cm in size. The matrixis composed of approximately 50-55X fine grained.euhedral black biotite and 45-50X glassy-greyanhedral (blebs) of quartz 2- 5mm in size.Occasional rounded mafic xenolith with resorbedmargins to 5cm in size. Common fine grained toaphanitic (aplitic?) felsite dykelets from 1 to30cm in size cut the core at all angles.Hilky-whiteto glassy-grey quartz veins from 1 cmto 45 cm wide cut the core occasionally speciallyassociated with the felsite dykes. Rare quartzvein fragment to 5cm in size seen "floating" infresh porphyry. Trace amounts of fine to mediumgrained blebs of pyrite disseminated throughoutthe unit usually associated with the quartz veinsor fracture surfaces. Trace Cp seen in at vein at96.50m. Trace amounts of very fine grainedmagnetite indicated by weak to moderate pull ofthe pen magnet.
ANGLE TO CA ALTERATION
Multiple zones up to 50cm wide arecharacterized by a pink to red colourrestricted to the matrix of theporphyry. Few zones have biotite rich(30X) usually asscoated with veining ordykes.
j 44. 25-44.85 |*SiFS"strong, fracture/vein controlled.silicification; massive quartz vein inporphyry.
{88.75-91.50j*HePU ,HeFW*weak, pervasive, hematfzation; weak.fracture/vein controlled, hematizationimparting a ghosty red/pink appearanceto the matrix of the porphyry.
MINERALIZATION
Nil to trace fine grained disseminatedpyrite throughout unit. Trace Cp in Otvein at 96.50m.
REMARKS
Total of 26 boxes of BO core; BO and NOcasing left in hole; hole is capped andnot making water.

TEXTURE AND STRUCTURE
Massive feldspar porphyry. Core is composed of75 -BOX phenocrysts and 20-25 X matrix. Phenocrystcomponent is composed of 100X pink and white.cofflposfatfonally zoned, euhedral feldspars 1mm to1.5cm in size. The matrix is composed ofapproximately 50-55X fine grained, euhedral blackbiotite and 45-50X glassy-grey anhedral quartzblebs. Frequent zones from 1cm to 1m in width ofvery fine grained, pink felsite dykes. Rare smallClem) mafic xenolith occur in unit. Alteration islimited to 1-10cm wide quartz veins andhematite-stained intervals of the porphyry. Tracefine grained pyrite disseminated throughout unit.Ep and Qt-altered and weakly sheared mafic unitfrom 165.50 to 169.10m (diabse xeno?). Core is ingood condition CROATS-BOX for most of unit); poorrecovery {26-29m, 169-170, 212 to EOH).
