DAYS ARE DARKER. NIGHTS ARE COLDER.

Shot in the Hopkinson Gallery Nottingham, a building known for its beauty and eccentricity. We wanted the location to translate into the garments and imagery, mixing textures and fabrics, creating surreal situations and experimenting with lighting.

Inspired by the location, we created a set from items we own - re-appropriating them in situ, creating a surreal and ‘out of place’ foundation where we could then experiment and develop our ideas.

We came up with the concept for the shoot during a time when the nights are getting darker and the days are getting colder. A time where those warm summer evenings feel like a surreal dream, don’t worry though - you can buy that new coat and pair of gloves you’ve been eyeing up all season.
