Every student deserves the attention of a caring adult at school.

Every student needs a plan for life after high school.

Every student needs to know what to do right now, whether “right now” is 6th grade or 10th grade or senior year, to be ready to succeed after high school.

CONNECTIONS is a college and career readiness program for students in grades 6-12 designed to supplement an existing advisory/advocacy or as a stand-alone advisory/advocacy.

The curriculum provides the structure needed to help students make clear, careful, and meaningful choices about life after school.

A wide variety of relevant topics help students to understand that what they are doing today impacts them tomorrow and throughout their academic career.

CONNECTIONS is differentiated by grade level, developmentally appropriate.

Concepts build on prior knowledge and reinforce connections from one grade level to the next.
