AlFajr AlBadee' Group for General Trading, Contracts and general

transportation

AlFajr AlBadee' Group was founded in accordance with the foundation certificate issued by the

Ministry of Trade, memo No. (M. Sh./02 -77154) authenticated in Kurdistan province and the group is

headed by Mr. Salah AlDeen Mohammed Seddiq Salih.

* Previous Works of the group:

AlFajr AlBadee' Group executed many projects in favor of the public sector and the private

sector and these projects were in various scopes including:

1- Construction projects.

2- Material Supply.

3- Maintenance.

4- Fuel supply.

5- Different types of transportation.

6- Supply of mineral waters and soft drinks.

7- Printing, as the group has a complete line of printing.

* Current Works and projects of the group:

1- Road construction and paving in addition to their infrastructure and bridges in Duhok governorate,

and as follows:

- Dumez, Faida and Duhok governorate center.

Alzaytoon Residential City in Erbil.

3- Maintenance general works of the sites of Asia cell company towers in Nineveh governorate and

its districts and sub districts.

4- Fuel supply to Asia cell company towers in Duhok and Nineveh governorates.

5- General guarding for Asia cell company towers in Nineveh governorate and its districts and sub

districts.

* Works executed by the group:

- The field of construction:

* The group supplied several private sector factories with the construction materials and goods in

addition to fuel.

*The group constructed the building of the directorate of education in Duhok.

* The group executed the construction of the building of the Kurdish literary men Federation.

* Supply sand and gravel for filtering to Baghdad water supply directorate.

- Material and foodstuff supply:

* The group supplied several governmental directorates with chicken and legumes foodstuff.

* The group supplied the directorate of education with power generators.

- Fuel supply:

* The group contracted with Asia cell communication company to supply Asia cell company towers in

Nineveh and Duhok governorates with diesel fuel with the transportation of the diesel fuel since

more than six years (supply and transport).

- Transportation:

* The group conducted the transportation of devices and electronic equipments in favor of the Iraqi

Media Network.

* The group transported electronic machines and equipments in favor of the University of technology /

Baghdad.

* The group conducted the work of transporting the construction materials to various construction sites.

* The group conducted the work of transporting different sizes goods inside and outside Iraq.

* Transporting and installation of machines and equipments in Himreen brick factory in Salah AlDeen.

Maintenance:

Maintenance includes all the works of maintenance for the public sites and as shown bellow:

1- Power generators maintenance, as follows:

* Changing the engine oil with the oil filter in accordance with the specifications and regulations

related to the power generators and that is done by changing the oil and the filter each (250)

operation hours.

* Changing the oil filter every (500) operational hours.

* Changing the air filter every (750) operational hours.

* Changing the generator battery and the belts of the generator whenever needed.

* Maintaining and washing the generator radiator and changing the refrigerant fluid every (1200)

operational hours.

* Any other item which is added by your company will be handled in a way that makes the work

progresses smoothly.

2- Automatic Transfer System maintenance (ATS):

The maintenance includes all the periodic maintenance of the (ATS) that it operates properly and

in the correct way.

3- Control Panel maintenance (ACPDB):

The maintenance includes the distribution of the shelter loads periodically in a way with which

faults are prevented from occurring and ensuring the correct operation of the system without any

problems.

Maintenance of the indoor unit and filter cleaning periodically .

Maintenance of the outdoor unit and removing the dust and maintaining them in the right way.

5- Shelter maintenance:

Maintenance includes cleaning the shelter from dust and cleaning all the devices included inside

it including the rectifier and communication devices that they work properly.

The periodic check: It includes the following:

1- Checking the level of the engine oil and the validity of all the filters in addition to the refrigerant

fluid.

2- Checking the engine temperature and the quantity of the water evaporated.

3- Checking all the sensors.

4- Checking the starting card.

5- Checking the ATS.

6- Identifying the wrong connection to the diesel if any.

7- Detecting any illegal lines taken from the generators for power supply.

8- Checking the control panel and the loads distribution.

9- Checking the air conditioning devices.

10- Checking the fire extinguisher.

11- Checking the shelter and the doors.

* Emergency:

1- Responding quickly to the emergent calls and fixing the problems immediately. Our company is

committed to repair any defect and failure at any location in terms of the power generators or the

air conditioning system and any electrical fault or defect in the shelter or the control panel at any

time in the month (taking into considerations the security situation in each area in a way that

secure the safety of our employees).

2- Supply of portable power generators with the latest specifications in order to maintain the work in

the site to be used if the main generator failed to fulfill the work correctly and the operation of the

generator shouldn’t be more than three operational days and on the account of our company and

the extra period (other that the three days) will be afforded by your side.

We have also conducted maintenance works for several directorates including:

Maintenance of power generators in the directorate of agriculture in Nineveh

Maintenance of power generators in the directorate of Municipality in Nineveh.

External washing of the generator radiator in addition to different

washing works

Maintenance of power generators in the directorate of Fire fighting in Nineveh.

Maintenance of the sites of Asia cell towers in Nineveh governorate, districts and sub districts,

electrical and mechanical and all what is related to the (600) sites of Asia cell.

* Garages of the group:

The group owns several garages which have workshops for maintaining the vehicles and owns

warehouses with larger areas and each garage has a technical workshop for maintenance. There are also

stores for storing the materials needed for work and for fulfilling the projects contracted upon, and

there are also fuel and oil depots and offices for the engineering and technical staff. Each site has the

capacity of storing no less than one million liters of fuel, counters and filtering lines.

* Machines of the group:

Our group owns a complete transport fleet for oil products transport, transporting the heavy and

light machines inside and outside Iraq. The following is a brief about the specifications of the

machines:

1- Heavy machines (trucks) for oil products transport.

2- Big loads trucks.

3- Heavy machines and equipments.

4- Fork lifts.

5- Small load trucks.

Services:

1- Providing the transport services in the field of foodstuff, agricultural materials and other

goods transport inside and outside Iraq.

2- Providing fuel transport services.

3- Providing the transport services to the various beneficiaries.

4- Providing the sea transport services, shipment of all the goods inside containers with

dimensions 20 or 40 feet (hike up) or open or refrigerated containers, in addition to the

cargoes on ships to all the international ports on the best navigation lines and with competitive

prices.

5- Air shipments; shipping all the goods, parcels and cargoes, in addition to fruits and vegetables

and the refrigerated materials by the airliners to all the airports with competitive prices.

6- Shipment by land for all the goods, parcels and packages to all the Arab foreign countries by

vehicles and refrigerated trucks.

7- Our company conduct all the custom clearance works for goods coming by land, sea and air in

favor of the customer including the incoming, outgoing and transit or re-exporting in addition

to all the works related to the custom clearance.

The periodic Reports:

1- The daily maintenance report for the sites to be maintained.

2- The daily malfunction check report for all the sites.

3- The daily check report.

4- Any situation should be agreed upon by the two parties to regulate the work that it moves smoothly.

*Telecom Field

Our staff had done many civil construction sites & technical works in many different parts in

communications projects since 2005 and in different places in northern of Iraq ((Sulaymaniah, Mosul,

Tikrit, )).

We wide experience in many type of equipments such as:

Huawei 2G and 3G and we have certificate in these field from huawei.

Ericsson classic and new equipment's.

NSN and flexi MW and BTS

ZTE CDMA equipment's

We excute more than 1000 links and below sample of our projects:

* Microwave root from Site 5 (Al –Fathaa Biji – Biji – Al-Hamra – up to Al-Abbasia site then to

Samara ITPC. & Microwave links (U28 (Tikrit agriculture –Zohour2) & U30 (Al-Khosom – Sherqat

City) & U31 (Hader- AlBarari)

* Mosul-Tikrit backbone (12 links).

* Mosul-Tikrit second path (7 links).

* Zakho –Dahok SDH ring project (4 links).

* Basra SWAP planning (15 links).

* PDH SWAP step 7 on new SDH loop 13.

* SWAP project for 18 GHZ links in Diala (19 links).

* Rabeaa-Sinjar-Talafer SDH ring project (5 links).

Proudly we can say that we did all kind of microwave installation links (PDH , and SDH),for more

than a1000 links in Iraq ,this work was done according to the standards (we deal with all microwave

antennas size from( 0.3to3.2m),we installed the back bone links from the north of Iraq to Baghdad city.

2- Installation and commissioning more than 300 sites (BTS and MW links) in direct work with

asiacell and below sample of our projects:

antennas, feeder cables ,BTS racks or shelter ,or both of them, power system and power rack ,with the
