BTS POWERSAFE

Using the Belotti BTS POWERSAFE solution your AC Connected units, such as rectifiers, Inverter and air condition units, will continue operating even during extreme mains voltage variation without need for the back-up generator to switch-on and, furthermore, thanks to the Galvanic Isolation provided by the Isolation transformer all the site will be totally protected from any Mains problem as well as protected from surges and spikes by our three poles Surge Protection. Working hours of back-up generators will dramatically decrease. Our Solution for Telecom is the result of the experience we gained in years of operation all over Africa working in partnership with the most important Telecom companies allowing our product to meet their stringent requirements in spite of the environmental difficulties. The solution briefly is the integration of three of our products: A) Belotti Voltage Stabiliser (AVR) B) Belotti Ultra-Isolation transformer C) Belotti Surge Protection (TVSS)

Belotti transformer design gives: Galvanic Isolation and screen Pri/Sec Increased Voltage Phase Equilibration Generation of new, clean Neutral at Secondary avoiding all problems caused by the mains neutral. Clean neutral is essential for the correct operation of Single-phase loads. C Belotti Surge Protection Module SLP class C connected at the Mains entrance with its high discharge Power (40kA 8/20 s) and low residual Voltage is completing the protection of the installation. Higher Discharge Modules or combined (B+C) Modules are available for special locations. Components can be supplied also separately. THREE-MONO MODELis the latest version implemented to satisfy the needs of some of our client affected by phase missing problem during operation. It can guarantee supply (single-phase) to the BTS even when one or two phases are missing thanks to the Belotti patented Voltage PHASE SELECTOR.

A) SERVO-MECHANICAL VOLTAGE STABILISER (AVR)Independent control on each phase that guarantee +/-1% stability (Phase-N). Servo Mechanical design has low maintenance and fast response (70V/sec).

B) ULTRA ISOTRANSFORMERBelotti Ultra-Isolation Transformers guarantee the best Mains Input protection and noise filtering at BTS Powersafe Input. FEATURES: Galvanic Isolation Primary / Secondary Isolating Screen Dyn11 Design giving Phase Equilibration and Creation of a New Neutral Noise Filtration

C) SURGE PROTECTION SLP The SLP-275 V/3 three polearrester guarantee the protection of low-voltage network and connected appliances against surge voltage induced with a lightning strike, against surge voltage from manipulations and failures in high-voltage networks, and against industrial surge voltage (arrester of class II IEC 61643-1 (DIN VDE 0675-6).
