About Us

Nemhans Solutions Private Limited is a 360 degree

Telecom Servicing company.

It’s a Private Limited company founded in Year 2007 by

Mr. Managovind Mishra, an electronics engineer having

27 years of Radio Engineering Experience. Of which 6

years in Indian Air force and 9 years in leading Telecom

OEMs in India & USA, and for last 12 years he is a

leading telecom service entrepreneur.

With moments of inspiration, perseverance, courage

NEMHANS has grown from a regional player into a

leading pan -India RF maintenance company. now

spreading wings to other geographies.

Over last 5 years NEMHANS forayed into Renewable

Energy Solutions, Human Resource Management Services

and Engineering Services .

In broad strokes

• NEMHANS has started as a small RF services consulting

company in 2007.

• By 2012 we were accepted by the Cellular Industry as a RF

turnkey solution provider with planning, survey, Drive test

and optimization activities.

• By 2014 We slowly started doing Telecom network element

installation activities along with Auxiliary services like

forward and reverse logistics to supplement the RF activities.

• In 2016 we started In-building solution deployment and

testing activities.

• 2017 we were first to propose OEMS to move to end to end

service based (synergy model) which is widely accepted

and become preferred mode of turnkey services in INDIA.

• Today we are among the top 10 RF service provider in

INDIA serving all OEMS .

With a team of 600+ members on board, 16 offices well

spread across the country to cover all states and UTs. .

as the in-building / small cell solution, DAS is an operator, frequency and network

protocol agnostic solution. DAS works by taking a donor feed from the macro-cell

and then distributing it over fiber throughout a building or outside space. A

dedicated radio base station connected to a DAS ensures both coverage and

capacity, enhancing the quality of both voice and data services.
