• With regulatory authorities across the world continuing to launch consultations and market reviews of the MVNx industry, as a whole. Decisions made in the next 12 months by the Competition and Markets Authority, The European Commission, and Ofcom, will define the landscape for the MVNx ecosystem for years to come.

• These rulings will not just impact the UK but will set precedence throughout the EU and across the world.

• Today, the iMVNOx Association, in participation with industry authorities, is actively engaged in these regulatory developments. Presenting evidence and information, relevant to the current investigations, on behalf of MVNOs and the MVNx ecosystem.

Old stigmas continue to haunt MVNOs

• Today, the MVNx ecosystem is already perfectly positioned between the carriers and the consumers to address growing demands on current infrastructure and network capabilities.

• Still, MNOs continue to view individual MVNO opportunities, and the industry on a whole, as competition to current retail strategies and cannibalization of their overall market share.

• And although, the MVNx ecosystem currently has the capacity to drive rapid development of mobile network virtualization technologies.

• Still MNOs, as a whole, lack the internal commitment from key stakeholder and/or the external regulatory requirements needed to develop smarter and more sustainable wholesale strategies.

• The truth of the matter is that MVNOs, as well as their associated industry partners and technologies, are essential to driving growth and innovation within the wholesale market.

• Yet still today, MNO stubbornly cling to old stigmas that fly in the face of common sense. Disregarding the unique capability of the MVNx ecosystem in enabling faster more flexible solutions now and in the future. As well as, the possibility that together, MVNOs have the ability to grow net subscriber numbers, address niche market opportunities, decrease overall cost of acquisition, and ultimately increase shareholder value.

• In order to address these challenges we must come together to reach a critical mass, where the possibility of advocacy is gained on behalf of our market in order to drive growth and change.

Pricing

• Pay In Full • 1,350 GBP yearly per MVNO

• This is a 10% discount on membership

• Monthly• 125 GBP monthly per MVNO

• MVNO’s under 50k subscribers• 75 GBP monthly per MVNO

• Not eligible for partner event discount

• This special monthly membership plan is an exclusive offer only for MVNOs.

• The MVNO enrollment deadline for this plan is Dec 1st 2015 and includes your first month free month free.

• Attend any partner event and receive 300 GBP off membership. (one discount per year)

Payment Terms

• Monthly Members pricing and benefits are available to MVNOs enroll via direct deposits for automatic monthly payment. Payments are post pay and deducted on the 15th of each month.

• These pricing tiers and membership terms are locked in for a full 36 months of continuous membership. MVNOs who miss more than 2 monthly payments in a 12 month period will forfeit this exclusive benefit. Payment terms can not be re-active for any reason if forfeited for any reason.

• MVNOs will be allowed to upgrade their membership plan or add benefit ‘bolt-ons’ at any time in the future, as they finalized and developed.

• The membership terms commits the MVNO to the monthly membership program for 24 months.

• There is a fair and equitable cancellation clause in the AoA document. Any member can file a request for cancellation at any time within the 30 days before the end of the registered 6 month participation period.

• Membership enrollment and benefits can be forfeited by an individual MVNO, including their executive behavior or business ethics which could be view to negatively impact the overall growth or credibility of the imvnox association, it’s members, partner, or sponsors and their combined or individual reputations.
