ONE-STOP-SHOP Symsoft has developed the Symsoft Platform which is unique in its extensibility. It includes all service functionality an MVNO needs. A wide range of application modules within convergent charging, policy management and value added services (VAS) are available on a common platform. Ideal for MVNOs! The system is capable of real-time routing, rating and charging of voice, messaging, content and data. It uses the same principles to rate consumption, whether it refers to a prepaid, postpaid, or a prepaid/postpaid convergent subscription. Segmentation and loyalty programs are easily managed across payment channels and service offerings. It’s always real-time!

Real-time means that service use is rated as it happens in the network, affecting the customer’s account immediately, if needed. With Symsoft, the window of fraud is effectively closed.

By providing a complete management of subscriptions, accounts and usage records, vouchers, phone numbers and SIM cards, Symsoft MVNO provides the operator the tools to keep the customer in focus.

MuLTIPLE MVNOs IN ONE SYSTEMAn important strength with Symsoft is its support for multiple MVNOs and MNOs within a single physical system. This capability is possible because MVNOs can be configured to share the same network. Symsoft MVNO can also be configured to span multiple networks. Complete data separation and integrity is ensured between service providers.

The logical partitioning also guarantees separation of all traffic including SS7 traffic, IVR services, USSD services, etc.

CONTROL COSTSSymsoft MVNO is designed to host small, large and growing virtual operators. It is important to find the balance between a best-of-breed approach and maintaining control over growth expenditures.

Through the sharing of resources and reuse of functionality, an extensive portfolio of applications can be provided on a common platform with a low operational expenditure.

Symsoft products are installed on an integrated hardware platform. This simplifies administration of databases, file systems, security audits and monitoring. Using state-of-the-art hardware, the system is prepared for efficient capacity expansion.

The Symsoft Client is a common graphical user interface that is provided to administer the entire system. System operations, administration, maintenance and support can be centralized for several MVNOs, thus reducing the number of operations staff.
