DAVID FINKELSTEINCEO & MANAGING PARTNER

David Finkelstein, as Founder and CEO, is responsible for the leadership and direction of the entire staff, both in the USA and around the world. Mr. Finkelstein was the former CFO for Allied Capital & Development of South Florida, LLC , a Florida Development company and all EB5 companies affiliated with The Florida Regional Center and United States Immigration Fund. He has been one of the leading architects of the EB-5 industry during the past eight years involved in real estate projects with over $700 Million of EB-5 funding. David has worked closely with Immigration and Securities attorneys to help develop financial structures that are compliant with USCIS and securities guidelines. Prior to his EB-5 work, Mr. Finkelstein acquired and developed real estate in both Florida and New York as a Principal and active developer.

JACQUELINE FINKELSTEIN-LEBOW COO & MANAGING PARTNER

Jacqueline Finkelstein-LeBow has extensive transactional experience in investment real estate spanning over twenty-eight years with expertise in capital raising, and development of core real estate assets including commercial, multi family and mixed use properties. As Principal and COO of American Immigration Group, Mrs. LeBow assists in all the firm’s efforts in managing the EB5 process and is a fund manager with her partner David Finkelstein for various real estate projects throughout the United States. Mrs. LeBow has previously managed and directed Capital Markets and Investment Groups for several of New York’s most prestigious real estate companies including Helmsley Spear, and Trammel Crow and was instrumental in the funding and development of many notable development Projects in Manhattan. Mrs. LeBow’s family has many real estate holdings in some of Manhattan’s finest real estate as well as ownership of one of the largest real estate brokerage and management firms, Douglas Elliman.

QENDRESE SADRIU-RRUSTEMIMANAGING DIRECTOR

Mrs. Rrustemi works directly with the CEO and COO to bring to the EB-5 market the most qualified and sound investment opportunities. Prior to joining American Immigration Group, Mrs. Rrustemi was employed by JP Morgan Chase where she managed business relationships, financings, and investments for large corporations with complex needs. Given her wide knowledge of investment and financial products, she helped businesses manage their finances and navigate the numerous services, procedures, and products available, including stocks, bonds, loans, international transactions, real estate, tax credits and more. Mrs. Rrustemi is licensed by Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and North American Securities Administration Association (NASAA) and holds series 6 and 63 licenses. She also has a Bachelor Degree in Finance and International Business.

Starting in 2001, prior to his EB-5 involvement, Mr. Finkelstein was the former Owner and CFO of Allied Capital & Development, a development company in Florida. The company successfully developed residential multi-family town homes and commercial properties with the highest standards of quality and construction and together with his daughter and AIG partner, Jacqueline Finkelstein LeBow, has also developed projects in New York.

Mr. Finkelstein has been one of the leading architects of the EB-5 industry since 2009, involved in real estate projects consisting of over $700 Million of EB-5 funding. David has worked closely with Economists, Immigration and Securities attorneys to help develop financial structures of mixed-use real estate properties that are compliant with USCIS and Securities guidelines.

281 Fifth Avenue project is located on the corner of Fifth Avenue and East 30th Street in the “NoMad” neighborhood of Midtown Manhattan, North of Madison Square Park. 281 Fifth Avenue will be a mixed-use real estate development. The property comprises six parcels of land totaling approximately 13,936 square feet (1,295 m2).

281 Fifth Avenue will be a new luxury condo tower with more than 60 floors and will be over 220 meters tall. The lower segment will comprise a high-end retail area, the tower will have about 145 luxury apartments, with a total area of 16,221 m2. With the exception of the Freedom Tower, 281 Fifth will be the tallest building South of the Empire State Building.

The project is being built by seasoned developers Victor Group, and Lend Lease Development. The lead architect is award-winning Rafael Vinoly.
