1. These Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules apply to the Ed Sheeran promotion with Newstalk ZB to be held between 10

th July 2017 and ending on 28

th July 2017. Newstalk

ZB (a Station of NZME) will conduct the promotion. New Zealand Media and Entertainment (NZME) reserves the right to add and/or delete participating stations at any time.

2. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and

Competition Rules. NZME reserves the right to exclude any person from the contest on the grounds of criminal record.

3. How to enter: Every day (Monday to Sunday) at approximately 8.20am, 10.20am,

2.20pm and 5.20pm listeners will be invited to call 0800 80 10 80 to get into the draw to win a box for 12 people at Forsyth Barr Stadium for the Ed Sheeran Dunedin concert on Sunday 1

st April 2018. A listener will be taken to air and asked a quiz question and they

must answer correctly within five-seconds. If they fail to answer or answer incorrectly, another caller will be taken to air until a winner is found. A prize draw will take place on the morning of Friday 28th July 2017 within the Mike Hosking Breakfast Show with the winner being contacted on-air by phone between 7am and 8.30am during the programme.

4. The prize will consist of: • 12 return economy class flights to Dunedin from anywhere in New Zealand on

the Air New Zealand Network • 6 hotel rooms for 1 night accommodation in Dunedin – Sunday 1

st April 2018

(hotel to be advised) • 12 tickets to the Ed Sheeran concert on Sunday 1

st April 2018

• Hospitality box at Forsyth Barr Stadium (including food and beverages to the value of $1000) at the Ed Sheeran concert on Sunday 1

st April 2018

• $1000 cash to cover transfers to and from the airport and concert

5. Additional travel expenses, including but not limited to additional meals, excursions, pre or post ‘prize’ accommodation, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Winner and their guests must take all elements of the prize at the same time.

6. Flights to Dunedin will be from all principle Air New Zealand airport locations. Transport to and from these airport locations will be at the discretion of the traveler/s.

7. Any changes made to the prize by the prize winner or their travel companions, including extending the trip, are at the winner’s expense and must be arranged by the winner.

8. Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Air New Zealand flight means a flight that is ticketed and operated by Air New Zealand

and does not include airshare or codeshare flights with an “NZ” prefixed flight number.

10. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Only one entry per person. 12. Employees of NZME - This promotion's participating sponsors and their advertising

agencies, employees of other radio stations and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate families” include spouses, Grandparents, Parents, Children, and Grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.

13. NZME disclaims any responsibility for the inability to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, acts of God or otherwise. Participants are restricted to the use of ordinary telephone and/or computer equipment.

14. To the extent permitted by law NZME will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever

(including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the prizes.

15. By participating, all winners grant NZME exclusive permission to use their names,

characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

16. All personal details provided to participate in these promotions will be held by NZME for

the purpose of this promotion and entries may be used by the NZME for future promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by entrants.

17. NZME reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to

have violated a NZME rule as outlined above, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means.

18. Rules may be amended from time to time by employees of NZME. NZME reserves the

right to discontinue a promotion at any stage.
