Dedalus Group is the first diagnostic and hospital healthcare software organization in Europe and one of the major international players.

The company is owned by the Management and by Ardian, the biggest private investment company in Europe and 4th in the world. The shareholding structure ensures stability and great financial capacity, which will be dedicated to the development of new products and to the consolidation operations of the European market, that is still too fragmented.

Starting from 2017, Dedalus Group implemented its expansion by leveraging the full functional coverage of all ICT needs of every healthcare system (not limited to hospital systems), either public or private. With more than 65 acquisitions, Dedalus gathered products and professional figures of international value, consolidating its position in several market areas and Countries.

The D-Four platform permits to “insert” new components providing additional functions to the existing Dedalus solution, without causing any disruption of the previous solution, which can continue its parallel work. Thus, professionals can focus on how to use the functions introduced by the new component in the ambit of their usual process.

By gradually introducing more components over a period of time, the whole solution will be completely renewed, avoiding disruptions and problems related to the replacement process (complex migrations, lack of data, inconvenience for professionals, etc.).
