We are a specialized company in develop-ment, deployment and maintenance of solu-tions for managing and using Information and Communication Technologies in the healthcare sector.

We operate in Spain and Latin America, where innovative projects have already been deployed both in the public and private sector. There, our model has already been established as a highly efficient instrument for the global reform of public and private health systems.

The Dedalus Spa Group was founded in Florence more than 25 years ago, and thanks to the gradual incorporation of the best ICT consulting and Italian healthcare companies, has come to assume relevant positions in all levels of the international market.

What Do We Do?

ONCOLOGIC SOLUTION

We have designed a specialized Oncologic Solution for the complete management of cancer treat-ment. It optimizes the preparation of chemotherapy medications and improves the professional safety when dealing with cytotoxic agents. The solution is composed by:

� FarmaSafe@: Management system for the oncologic pharmacy, and the automatization of the prescription, preparation and administration processes of antineoplastics. It includes a tool specific for protocol management.

� Pharmoduct@: An innovative robot that automa-tizes drug preparation processes. Through its ad-vanced technology, it is able to prepare treatments, guide pharmaceutics in their methods and quantify the times of production in relation to the availability of the department of external patients.

� X1.V1: Cooperative interoperability platform that allows the integration of all stakeholders in the pro-cess, ensuring continuity of health care process.

INTEGRATED DIAGNOSTIC SUPPORT

DHS® includes information systems that support diagnostic practices, and guarantees its full integra-tion with clinical tools:

� Clinical chemistry and microbiology laborato-ries, to manage all the activities that take place in the lab.

� Anatomic Pathology and Cytology, including mo-lecular biology, to supervise all the phases of the anatomopathological process and integrate all avail-able tools, while monitoring the preparations.

� Image Diagnostics Systems (RIS/PACS), to manage the image diagnostic services. They are open solu-tions, appropriate to the sector standards (DICOM, IHE), and that enable the integration of the patient journey in the department.

� Blood bank / Milk bank: These systems can register the donations, the inventory, the recipients, and all the necessary information to improve the manage-ment and supervision of those centers.

INTEROPERABILITY AND COOPERATION

X1.V1 is Dedalus Global Services’ Platform of Ser-vices and Interoperability, a solution for the integra-tion of different systems, which allows them to share clinical and all other kinds of information, while gener-ating the real medical record of the patient.

It is formed by the combination of several compo-nents that cooperate together. Thus, it provides ser-vices like data sharing, document storing, patient cross-referencing, codification systems and code translation, management of notifications or ac-cess platforms for patients and professionals.

Project

Daqing (China)In China, Dedalus has successfully established and interoperability platform that integrates the systems of hospital and health centers in the Daqing region. It arrives to 3 million citizens and 1,300 health centers.

The project launched in August 2014, and has been managing since then more than 15 million of documents annually.

Clinic

Las Lilas (Chile)MV Clinical selected Dedalus GS for the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record and its integration with existing information systems in Las Lilas.

It has resulted in an improvement of clinical and administrative processes in managing users and/or patients in ambulatory care, inpatient care, the surgical area or the emergency department.

A strategic project that will project the Group to the forefront of infor-mation systems usage.

Ministry of

Public Health, MPS (Ecuador)Dedalus GS’ solution has been the chosen one to develop the MSP project in Ecuador, which consists of the implementation of an integrated IT solution at a national scale. In parallel, it also includes the implementation of an electronic health record sys-tem, with data from laboratories, image diagnostics and ERP.

The scope of the project is of 150 health centers of different levels of care, and it uses our X1.V1 platform for information sharing.

Hospital

Vimercate (Italy)Through the full digitization of all clinical processes, the Hospital de Vimercate has accomplished its goal: To become a paperless hospital, using electronic tools for 100% of its documentation.

The system of the hospital uses Dedalus’ solution for its care pro-cesses, and through its vertical integration with other levels of the organization, it reached stage 6 on HIMSS’ EMRAM scale.

Clinic

Anglo Americana (Perú)The Anglo Americana Clinic of Lima counted with the support of Dedalus GS in the implemen-tation of our HIS. A center with more than 100 years of history that believes in new technologies and innovation for improving health-care quality.

This private clinic is one of the most important in Peru, and it is internationally well-known for hav-ing been certified by the JCI (Joint Commission International), whose mission is to improve the quality of healthcare.

Oncologic Institute

Candiolo (Italy)The Oncology Institute of Candiolo is a private research center in can-cer treatment, and it has become the first Italian center to receive recognition from HIMSS and achieve stage 6 on its EMRAM scale, which identifies the EHR integration level of hospitals.

In Candiolo, our products are in charge of managing patients, medical records, drugs (prescrip-tion, preparation and adminis-tration), including oncologic treatment, and surgical area.
