Such a special assignment issued by the Onshore General Manager to have me deal directly with the Sub Contractor, resolve all issues and have the Air Fin Coolers Built Commissioned and shipped to Australia, which I did successfully and without impact to the Project. This posi8on in Korea became a permanent assignment un8l all work was loaded out

As a result of this and my ability to understand and work with Koreans I was dispatched by Execu8ve Management to Korea and assist Contractor in finding solu8ons to have the Sub Contractor Re Open their Yard and re commence work. This was achieved, manufacture re commenced and deliveries were made, which did not impact on the schedule. The reason I was sent was because of my capability of being able to work with and influence the Koreans and show them the Clients interest.
