STUDENT ACCIDENT INSURANCE (SAI)

FEATURES AND BENEFITS The benefit includes Accidental Death with Cash Burial, Murder

and Unprovoked Assault. An added benefit also includes Hospitalization due to accident.

ELIGIBILITY Entry age is 4 to 40 years old. Exit age is 41 years old. All bonafide students are eligible for insurance.

EXTEND OF COVERAGE 24 hours a day worldwide Enforce in or out of the school campus, even after school days

provided it is within the policy year. Includes whether on vacation, at home, at work, at play or at any
