The City of Lawrenceburg, Indiana through its Redevelopment Com-mission is accepting proposals for the purchase and development of a parcel of land located at 521 Martin Luther King Dr., Lawrenceburg, Indiana. This vacant property is in need of complete development and is zoned Levy-Residential which allows a multi-family residential de-velopment.
