You are eligible to enroll in Cerner Benefits on your first day of employment. Eligibility
for Cerner Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be eligible for
Benefits.

Healthe at Cerner lets you take an active role in managing and achieving your health and wellness goals; it is our mission to empower associates and their families to obtain their optimal level of health.

About Healthe at Cerner
As a consumer of health care, you have the right to information, quality care, expedited reimburse-
ment and increased convenience. You and your family should feel empowered and have the tools to
actively manage all aspects of your health + care.
Healthe at Cerner sets new standards for consumer-driven health care. By accessing the tools and
participating in programs Healthe at Cerner offers, you will create and enhance the connections you
need to make the best health care choices for you and your family.
Health Club Reimbursement
Cerner encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a health club reimbursement program for athletic
club membership dues at approved facilities. Associates may be reimbursed for 50% of monthly fees
up to an annual maximum of €650.
Healthe at Cerner is designed to help you Live Well throughout the course of your life by offering programs and services that span across the entire continuum of health + care.

Health Care
Medical Cerner Portugal associates have access to a private health insurance through our partner Groupama
Seguros. The health plan offers you coverage for necessary treatment of medical conditions includ-
ing:

Outpatient
Dental
Glasses
Medicines
Cerner pays 100% of the premiums for the associates and coverage begins on your first day of em-
ployment. Additional cost applies for associates who choose to cover dependents. You must use
the Advance Care medical network. Deductible and reimbursement amounts are based upon ser-
vice.

Retirement
Cerner’s comprehensive pension scheme ensures the financial
wellbeing of our associates and their families. Cerner will match
your pension contributions up to the maximum of 3% of your
monthly salary. The plan scheme is managed by Pensoesgere
and offers three investment options with risks ranging from 0% to
40%.

Leaves & Life Insurance
Leaves Cerner provides a comprehensive set of absence policies to allow associates the ability to bal-ance personal and work needs. These include:

Time Off
Time Off As a Cerner associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off
from work regularly, with pay, for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Annual leave time at the
rate of 22 days per year will be available to each associate and it will accrue on a monthly basis be-
ginning on your date of hire.
Illness Cerner Time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home
from work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner also offers disability benefits for all eli-
gible associates:

Holiday Cerner recognizes 10 public holidays per year.

Associate Assistance Program
Cerner has contracted with New Directions Behavioral Health and Cerner HealthPlan Services to
provide Cerner with an Associate Assistance Program (EAP). New Directions provides pre-paid
counseling services by licensed counselors. Associates and/or their family may access this ser-
vice via telephone. Service is available on a variety of topics (i.e. work, family, personal). New Di-
rections’ specialists provide assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days per year to participants.

Help addressing stress, depression, relationships, parenting, substance abuse, work related
problems
