CHECK IN is at 3:00 PM in the afternoonCHECKOUT at 12:00 noonThe bedrooms have to be paid, before the event, the names of guests arerequired to avoid the penalty of arriving before the host and want to keep theirthings or put children to sleep. They are not allowed to lend their room so thatothers who do not are staying in them, bathe, fix etc.

OBSERVATIONS:• If you brought your liquor the surplus can be taken at the end of your event or the day after work, pleaseassign a person who is responsible for taking care of it and take it to the end of the event.

• Any treatment regarding the contract and service will be directly with Mrs. Miriam Arana. Verbal deals arenot accepted.

• An advance of $ 500 dlls is required to reserve your date, it can be made in two payments, the first beingat the signing of the contract and the second at the latest 1 month later, the total cost has to be paid 30days before the event .

• The advance payment is returned within 3 business days of work if there are no subsequent damages toyour event.

• If canceled, the deposit is not returned, plus 20% of the money paid to your account

• In case of a strong family event, the date can be changed to any available within the same year. If youmove to another year you have to adjust prices to the prices of that year.

• You can have versatile, norteño and band groups. They have to have a light plant.

• They can enter their own cake and dessert table.

• We receive cash, pesos, dollars, credit cards, debit cards and American express (visa, mastercard)

• Cost of overtime is $ 200.00 dlls plus the extra cost of the waiter or bartender, they are settled before theevent along with the total amount.

The consumption of illegal substances is not allowed in the rooms or in any part of the property. Noalterations are allowed to the place without first authorizing, sending an idea in writing to be approved.

It is not allowed to install extra lights without our consent.
