We prefer 24-hours advance notice on all catering orders.

CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled without charge up to 24-hours before delivery time. Orders may not be canceled or reduced in numbers with less than a 24-hours notice.

DELIVERY FEES & INFORMATION

The charge for delivery varies depending on delivery location. Please work with your sales representative to schedule an arrival time that allows ample time for setup. Deliveries are allotted a 30-minute window; between 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after your scheduled arrival time.

DISPOSABLES

All orders come with disposable flatware, plates and serving utensils. Additional items are available for purchase.

BILLING

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Corporate checks are acceptable forms of payment and must be presented at the time of delivery.
