The Regional Area Network (RAN) has around 13,000 strategically located masts. These transmission masts provide crucial service coverage for each service provider EE, MBNL, O2 and the Emergency Services Network. It is crucial that the service is always available, even during a power outage, to ensure all emergency services control rooms can continue to communicate effectively. WHY WE’RE THE PERFECT PARTNER •Maintenance programmes are in place to ensure that batteries are tested and replaced when required •We have a national network of skilled and qualified field engineers providing exceptional service and support to all our customers •Strategic distribution means that 95% of our customers have an engineer no more than an hour from their door • We work with local partners to access remote locations, using fit for purpose vehicles, such as ATVs as required PROJECT DELIVERY A comprehensive testing and maintenance programme ensures that backup power is readily available when it is needed. Dale Power Solutions has been providing testing and maintenance for the client for several years, supporting a variety of sites from inner city roof top locations to remote areas of Scotland. • Most masts now have a minimum of 20-minute backup battery power.
