Billeting

Billeting is one of the highlights of Junior Carnival — meeting new friends, getting to know them and literally "living" together for a week.

Every participant from Perth will be hosting at least 2 billets.

A number of participants have pre-arranged billet families.

Perth have informed us that they may not be able to meet all billeting requests (for those requesting to be billeted with friends).

Page 21: Carnival Information - Maccabi€¦ · Carnival Code of Conduct As a part of Maccabi’s continued focus on member safety and in particular, child safety, adhering to the Carnival

Billeting

Families will be notified 2-3 days before the start of carnival as to who their host is. This will give you time to make contact with them, to thank them and to discuss any important issues, if any, relating to your child.

We will not be swapping billet families once they have been decided, unless there is a safety or security issue of some type. This can only be done after speaking to the Victorian Team Managers.

Billeting
