Canon Cloud Printing Center Setup

1.1 INITIAL SETUPTap the Setup icon. Select Web service setup and choose web service connection setup.

1.2 WEB SERVICE CONNECTION SETUPFrom the Web service connection setup screen, select Cloud Printing Center setup. Next, choose Register with this service and select Yes.

1.3 SELECT A LANGUAGESelect the display language for the print setting by tapping Next and selecting your language from the menu provided.

1.4 AUTHENTICATION PROCESSSelect OK to perform the authentication process and print the authentication URL. Your printer will begin communicating (this process may take a fewminutes). When complete the User Registration Instructions will print. After the instructions have printed, tap OK to return to the Cloud Printing Centersetup screen.

1.5 REGISTERGo to the URL on the printout to register your PIXMA or MAXIFY Printer.

2.1 CANON INKJET CLOUD PRINTING CENTERThe URL on the Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center printout will prompt you to create a Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center account and register aPIXMA or MAXIFY Printer with the account.

1. Select Register from here.

2. Fill-in your email address and Printer registration ID (Email address and printer ID are case sensitive).

3. Check your email for the official registration link.

2.2 EMAIL VERIFICATIONClick the link provided in the verification email to complete registration.

* A PRINTER CAN ONLY BE REGISTERED ONTO ONE ACCOUNT AT A TIME. IF YOU'D LIKE TO USE A PRINTER FROM MORETHAN ONE DEVICE, PLEASE USE THE SAME ID & PASSWORD.

3.1 OFFICIAL REGISTRATION

After clicking on the verification link in your email, you will be directed to the Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center where you will be prompted to registeryour PIXMA or MAXIFY printer.

1. View License Agreement and Privacy Statement and proceed forward.

2. Select your time zone and set your password (Note* Users should use a password they can share if they want to share the printer in the future.Password can also be changed later. *Email address & Printer ID are case-sensitive.)

3. Registration is complete!

3.2 LOGGING INTO ACCOUNT FROM THE CLOUD APPLICATIONAfter completing your registration, you will be able to log into the Cloud from the Canon PRINT application on your mobile device.

1. Open the Canon Print Application3 and tap the Cloud icon.

2. After the Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center opens, log in using your registered e-mail address and password.

4. Save as JPG or PDF.

5. Save to Mobile Device.

2. Tap Color Copy or Black Copy.

3. Copy Begins.

2. Enter Email and Password.

3. The password is the printer’s serial number.

Additional Printers

PRINTER LCD SETUPIf you already have the Printer Registration ID for the new printer being added, proceed to step 2.(Each printer must have its own unique Printer Registration ID)

If you do not have the Printer Registration ID for the printer being added, click here to follow the tutorial on how to generate a unique PrinterRegistration ID.

ADDING PRINTER TO CANON PRINT APPLICATION1

1. From the Canon PRINT Application1, select the Printer icon in the upper left of the screen.

2. You will be directed to the Manage Printer page where the printers you previously installed will be displayed. From there, tap the + Addprinter button.

3. Fill-in your unique Printer registration ID that was created with the new printer being added and select OK.

(*Printer ID is case-sensitive)

4. The new printer will now be added to the list of printers on the Manage printer page. From here, you can select the PIXMA or MAXIFY printer youwould like to print to.

You’re all set to print wirelessly to the additional printer using the Canon PRINT Application1!
