PRINT SETUP

On the Add-ins Tab, Select Change Settings on the bluebeam panel and select the Page Setup Tab

Setting up Bluebeam

On the Add-ins Tab, Select Change Settings on the bluebeam panel and select the general settings

Set the Paper Size to match the

Architectural Drawings

Set Paper Placement to Offset No

Margin

Ensure the Zoom Settings are

100%

Check the Orientation

Check that Colors are set to Black

Lines

Select OK after reviewing

PRINTING

While in a sheet Click on the Add-ins Tab and Select Create PDF on the Bluebeam Panel

After Selecting OK an output File list will appear.

Check the Option to remove Sheet Prefix and

then review the list to make sure all needed

drawings are accounted for and then press start.
