Thank you ladies and gentlemen. First of all may I say how pleased I am to be here and have this opportunity of telling you about our company's future plans. As you know, the economic situation nowadays is far from certain and making any sort of plans is therefore rather difficult. However, I want today to look at the optimistic side of the picture and to show you how my company can help yours as we move into the 21st century. We have exciting times ahead. Let's seize our opportunities.

That doesn't look very difficult.Mr Fernandez isn't in his office today. Please don't do that.

The figures he gave us seemed very good but I'm not sure if they were totally reliable.
