Location: Stockholm, Sweden Employment Contract Type: Permanent, Full time Main focus:

• IT Business Project management; implementation and integration of IT and processes at our new and current industrial customers. Also work with other it business oriented projects.

• Support the business with new functionality and requirements • Support Sales in promoting and selling (and follow up on

implementation of) digital tools • Education and training of Business Super Users • Testing and documentation • Problem management and resolution

Requirements:

• Background within the industrial segment, preferably maintenance

• At least 3 years’ experience of Maximo and process work flows • Minimum 2 years of experience of project management • Skill in creating an environment for improving customer

satisfaction and promotes an atmosphere that establishes customer satisfaction as a key value in the organization

• Experience in working in an international environment • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems

or a related field / required experience • Ability to manage pressure situations and provide excellent

customer service to competing priorities for requests and inquiries efficient and clear communication skills

• Fluent in English (written & oral) • Excellent communication skills • High customer orientation, capacity to manage priorities • Willingness to travel
