II. ONSITE TECHNICAL ACCEPTANCE

2.1 Installation inspection

2.1.1. Feeder, jumper and cable tray:

Requirements Pass FailAll feeder cable need to be lined and tired up on cable tray, maximum gap between 02 feeder clamps should not more than 2m.

Feeder installation should follow technical specification, feeder need to be connected to grounding system at 03 point (before connector to antenna, before to leaves BTS tower and before BTS room), in case of distant between 02 grounding connection point greater than 60m then addition grounding connection point in between need to be added.

Before to go inside BTS room, Feeder cable need to be lowered and curve to protect water from rain to come inside BTS room.

Feeder panel need to be installed to protect water come inside BTS room.

Feeder curve angle should greater than R ≥ 135o

Cable tray inside BTS room should be install lined up and the same height level of the hole for install feeder panel.

Cable tray need to be connected to grounding system follow technical specification

All Feeder cables need to be labeled.

2.1.2. Grounding and Lightening protection:

2.2 Power and battery inspection

(This test is not applicable for BTS share the power with BSC or MSC equipment)

INITIAL CHECK

CHECK FOLLOWING: Pass Fail1. System installation is completedCheck that the system installation has been correctly performed.

2. Rectifier modules are connected Verify that all rectifier modules are plugged in and the front screws fas-tened

3. Rectifier system connected to mains supply and Protective Earth.Check that the system’s mains cable is connected to the mains supply

firmly and ground of DC system is connected correctly. Check short circuit between ground bar & negative bar of DC system.

Measure voltage of all battery bands. This is about: 48VDC to 55 VDC

4. Alarm system are connected to DDF correctlyCheck that the alarm system cables are connected to the DDF with true color & identify code

SYSTEM START-UP CHECK FOLLOWING: Pass Fail1. Turn the system «ON»

Measure input AC voltage of AC system before turn AC automat in Power pack. This is about 190 VAC to 230 VAC

V= 223 VAC

2. Measure output voltageMeasure DC output voltage from 48VDC to 55VDC

3. Rectifier modules are «ON» and without fault alarmsVerify that the SMPS modules are in normal mode of operation (not reporting alarms)

ALARM LEVELS

CHECK FOLLOWING: Pass FailLogging on to Power suite sys & set three alarms as below:

1. Set the Alarm Levels (High & Low Batt. Alarm) High Battery Alarm Voltage at 57 VDC

Low Battery Alarm Voltage at 45 VDC

Note: Those threshold is set to default

2. Set the limit charging current to: 23 Ampere (DC)

SYSTEM ALARMS TEST

Test Mains Off Alarm Pass FailTurn off mains on all rectifies Verify (Alarm Display) that Mains Off Alarm is activated Turn mains power ON and verify that the active alarm is automatically reset Test Low Battery Voltage Alarm - Select General Configuration in Winpower suit - Write down the low battery voltage value. - Set the minimum value for low battery voltage alarm higher than the actual output voltage. Exit by pressing OK button

- Observe that low battery voltage alarm and corresponding alarm relay are trigged.

- Set the minimum value back to original number Test Rectifier Alarm- Put one of Rectifier out - Verify (Alarm Display) that Rectifier alarm is activated. - Put the Rectifier in and verify that the active alarm is automatically reset

Commitment of contractor for the site not perform battery discharge test:

Alcatel-Lucent commits the battery installation for BTS meet all of requirements of G-Tel mobile as per specification specified in the contract. (Battery backup time is 4 hours for BTS with configuration Sector 4/4/4, 8 hours for BTS configuration Sector 2/2/2 following the dimensionning rules given per Gtel Mobile).

2.43. Test operation of BTS components

After that unlock the TRE, BCCH channel still remain unchanged at the TRE BCCH previously was reallocated.

Disconnect transmission between BTS and BSC

Transmission alarm appears on OMC, system needs auto clear alarm when the transmission is resumed.

Shutdown BTS power then turn ON again

ONLY Perform this test in some specific BTS requested by G-TEL mobile, when power resume BTS should out startup.
